We will be hosting an event to help Friends of Jacksonville Animals, we hope to further their mission “Friends of Jacksonville Animals works directly with Jacksonville’s Animal Care and Protective Services to benefit the lives of shelter animals by focusing on fundraising to assist with medical care, enrich the shelter environment, and promote adoptions to reduce euthanasia. Warehouse Food Sorting – You can help fight hunger with our warehouse food sorting volunteer opportunities. You will help ensure high-quality, safe food is being distributed to clients by working with teams to inspect, categorize and package food items. We may be sorting donations of shelf-stable items, bagging fresh produce, or repacking frozen items. Our shift will be 8:30 – 11:30 am.
